The best hotel I stayed in since long time ago. It is just perfect, the room, service, location, and food. They raised the bar for all 5 stars hotels globally. Of course I will return many times and I hope to keep it up.
I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel has the facilities you could expect or beyond your expect. My room is amazing and tidy, and has a very modern vibe, and the amenities inside are nice as well. Besides, Most of the staff I met are friendly and professional, especially the manager Emane and her team, they prepared a birthday surprise to me, made me feel really loved and appreciated. Also I would like to thank Mr. Shailendra, he is welcoming and offered a very heartfelt service when I had breakfast. Thanks Grand Hyatt Kuwait
